I am Mahendra Pratap Singh Panwar ,the founder of Mewar Exotic Fruit Farm. I have successfully transitioned from the boardroom to the soil, bringing a lifetime of experience to the agricultural heart of Rajasthan.

Though my background includes degrees in Economics and Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management, and an MBA—along with 21 years of corporate experience—my true passion lies in the earth. For the past ten years, I have dedicated myself entirely to 100% organic and sustainable farming, deeply rooted in ancient Indian agricultural wisdom.

Nestled in Ghodach, a 500-year-old village at the foothills of the Aravalli Range, my farm is a testament to sustainable innovation. I am proud to be a pioneer of dragon fruit cultivation in Rajasthan, using our own farm-made vermicompost to nurture the historic turmeric-colored soil of the Haldighati region. Today, I grow a vibrant, chemical-free diversity of exotic crops, including Moroccan Red dragon fruit, various cultivars of guava, pomegranate, papaya, mango, citrus fruits, and medicinal plants like the "miracle tree" Moringa.

I firmly believe that the answers to our agricultural challenges should come from the farmer and the fields, rather than a chemical factory. To share this vision and my love for the land, I run a Work Exchange Volunteer Program. This offers enthusiasts the chance to gain hands-on, practical experience in organic farming and permaculture while staying with us.

Drawing on my past in management and hospitality, I also welcome guests for farm stays and day visits, and provide free training workshops for local farmers on sustainable soil preparation and water-efficient irrigation. I haven't just built a farm; I've created a thriving, welcoming ecosystem for volunteers, nature lovers, and fellow farmers to learn and grow together.
