About the program
Join Earth & Breath, a nature-immersed sanctuary in the misty hills of Wayanad, for a transformative volunteering experience in Yoga Therapy and Retreat Management. Live and work amid coffee plantations, forest trails, and Western Ghats sunrises while supporting real wellness operations — guiding therapeutic yoga sessions, assisting meditation circles, and helping run a retreat that genuinely changes lives. This isn’t just a placement; it’s an apprenticeship in holistic living. You’ll gain hands-on retreat management experience, deepen your own practice, and contribute to a community built on breath, stillness, and service — leaving with skills, friendships, and a quieter mind.
